Apart from having my surgery cancelled twice. I am otherwise very happy with the care & services I received it would be unfair of me to ask for more from the service because the doctors & nurses have been superb, I have received excellent care.

Was asked to arrive 15 minutes before appointment. My appointment was at 9am, we arrived at 8.35 and were not seen until 9.50, even then I had to speak to the receptionist before being seen.
